BYSTEPP stands behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the options below.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
We cannot accept returns on gift cards, digital goods, or items explicitly listed as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team at bystepp.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond 24–48 hours.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be credited to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
Payments processed through Shopify Payments are subject to standard bank processing times and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds that do not appear within 5–7 business days may be delayed by your bank or card issuer. Please verify with them first, then contact us at support@bystepp.shop if the issue remains unresolved.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@bystepp.shop.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method for orders over $50. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items shipped without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged or wrong items must be reported to support@bystepp.shop within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and photographic evidence so we can resolve this promptly.
