Order Processing
We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select regions. Please allow 10–20 business days for delivery. Delivery times can vary significantly based on your country's customs procedures.
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. BYSTEPP is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bystepp.shop within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Saint Pace is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
